TERMS AND CONDITIONS There is a non-refundable sitting fee of $50 ($10 for each additional participant with a maximum of $70) due at the time of your session.  There is a $30 travel fee for sessions that occur outside a twenty-five mile radius of Liberty, IL. Proofs are available online within 7-10 business days.  You will be notified when your proofs are available.                                            All proofing is done via your online gallery.   Reproduction of proofs, via prints or online, is prohibited and is in violation of US copyright laws. All images remain the sole property of Celeste Mettemeyer dba Mettemeyer Photography and may be used for promotional purposes.   There is a 15% discount on print pricing for orders placed within 14 days of gallery setup. Discount applies towards prints only, it does not apply towards specialty items.  On the 15th day, regular print pricing will apply. Payment for prints is required at the time you place your order.             Your prints will be ready to pick up within 10-14 business days.  You will be notified when your prints are available.                                       If it is within this time frame, please remember that I am awaiting arrival of your prints and will contact you as soon as I receive them.    Terms and conditions are valid as of 10/25/09 and are subject to change at any time.
